Our teams work across cutting-edge technologies, contributing to projects that span industries and geographies.\nWe foster continuous learning and professional growth, offering access to targeted training and certifications aligned with individual interests and career aspirations.\nOur culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared values empowers professionals to grow and succeed.\n About the role\nDesign, implement, and maintain SAP security and GRC solutions - covering role-based authorizations and GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management - to secure business processes and ensure compliance across SAP landscapes (ECC and/or S/4HANA).\nDaily challenges\nDesign and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access concepts across SAP systems.\nManage SAP GRC Access Control processes, including access requests, role management, and emergency access.\nPerform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and help remediate security and compliance risks.\nSupport user provisioning, access reviews, and audit/compliance activities.\nCollaborate with SAP functional, Basis, and security teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP operations.\nDriving template adoption - Challenge local business requirements and align users to the global SAP template rather than custom solutions.\neXperience and skills required\n3+ years of SAP Security and Authorizations experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.\nStrong knowledge of SAP roles, profiles, authorization objects, and PFCG role design.\nHands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including ARM, BRM, EAM, and SoD analysis.\nUnderstanding of audit and compliance requirements such as SOX and internal controls.\nStrong consulting and communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.\nGRC 12.0 / ARQ certification will be considered as an advantage.\n\nCompany benefits\nAt DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
