The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows to streamline and automate business processes within our organization.\nResponsibilities\nApplication Development: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.\n\nCustomization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow instances, including setting up roles, access controls, data sources, and system properties to align with organizational needs.\n\nIntegration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as databases, web services, and third-party applications, to enable data exchange and process automation.\n\nScripting and Automation: Write and maintain scripts using ServiceNow's scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide Record, and ACLs) to automate processes, enhance functionality, and improve system performance.\n\nTesting and Deployment: Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
