Our Infrastructure & Cloud Services teamin Sofia & Varna is looking for you!

Join a global team responsible for delivering and coordinating enterprise-scale Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services for leading international clients. In this role, you will act as the bridge between customers, service management functions, and technical delivery teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

As anService Delivery Coordinator, you will support the operational management of Azure Virtual Desktop services, coordinate incidents and service requests, monitor service performance, and help drive continuous service improvements. This role is ideal for professionals looking to develop their careers in service delivery while gaining exposure to modern cloud and virtual desktop technologies.

Daily challenges:

• Coordinating service delivery activities for Azure Virtual Desktop and related infrastructure services.
• Acting as a key point of contact between clients, service management teams, and technical support teams.
• Monitoring service performance, service levels, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinating incident management activities, escalations, and service recovery efforts.
• Supporting problem, change, availability, and service continuity management processes.
• Tracking operational actions and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
• Preparing service reports, KPI updates, operational reviews, and service status communications.
• Supporting major incident communications and ensuring stakeholders receive regular updates.
• Collaborating with technical teams to understand, communicate, and address service risks and impacts.
• Contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Supporting service governance activities and maintaining operational documentation.

eXperience and skills required:

• 2-4 years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Management, IT Operations, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Continuity Management.
• Experience coordinating incidents, service requests, escalations, and operational activities across multiple technical teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business impact, prioritize issues, track actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience preparing service reports, KPI updates, operational reviews, and service communications.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service quality and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services.
• Understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop concepts, including host pools, session hosts, application groups, workspaces, and user access.
• General understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, monitoring, and access management.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate technical issues in clear, business-oriented language.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure or workplace services.
• Familiarity with FSLogix, PowerShell, or Azure automation concepts.
• Basic understanding of Azure monitoring and reporting tools.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or ITIL certification.
• Experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) technologies beyond AVD.
