Learn more on dxc.com.\nAs a ServiceNow Developer Intern, you will work alongside experienced ServiceNow architects, consultants, and developers to support enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will gain hands-on exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, workflow automation, low-code application development, and digital workflow solutions.\nThis internship is ideal for students interested in enterprise applications, software development, automation, cloud technologies, and low-code platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nAssist in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development activities.\nSupport IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.\nAssist with configuring forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and access controls under the guidance of experienced team members.\nSupport the development and maintenance of Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations.\nAssist in building and enhancing low-code applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio and related platform capabilities.\nSupport the creation of tables, forms, workflows, and business logic based on project requirements.\nParticipate in system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and platform support activities.\nSupport platform upgrades, patch testing, releases, and deployment activities.\nAssist with integrations and API-based connectivity between ServiceNow and other applications.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support materials.\nParticipate in requirement-gathering sessions, solution workshops, and project discussions.\nFollow ServiceNow development standards, governance processes, and best practices.\nCollaborate with project teams on digital workflow solutions and process improvements.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for students who:\nAre currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nHave a basic understanding of programming, software development, information systems, or related IT concepts.\nDemonstrate good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nHave an interest in enterprise applications, workflow automation, low-code development, and digital transformation technologies.\nPossess good verbal and written communication skills.\nAre able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nAre willing to learn new technologies and work in a project-based environment.\nHave good organizational skills and attention to detail.\nPreferred Technical Knowledge\nPrior ServiceNow experience is not required.
