This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.\nIntegration: Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.\nCustomization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.\nData management: Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.\nTroubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.\nDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.\nRequirements: \nServiceNow Certified System Administrator. (must have)\nServiceNow development experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Financial Services Operations (FSO) REQUIRED.\nKnowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following:Playbooks\nFlow Designer\nNow Assist / AI\nPlatform Analytics\nPredictive Intelligence\nService Portal\nCatalog Items\nAutomated Test Framework (ATF)\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (preferred).\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication skills in English\nNice to Have: \nExperience with UI/React development\nExperience with Agile methodologies.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
