The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope timelines budgets resources and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.\nThe ServiceNow Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders architects developers consultants and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions across the ServiceNow platform.\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including planning execution monitoring and closure.\nManage project scope schedules budgets risks dependencies and resource allocation.\nCoordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.\nFacilitate workshops project meetings steering committee sessions and status reporting.\nEnsure successful implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM SecOps GRC or other platform capabilities.\nWork closely with ServiceNow architects and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.\nMonitor project progress and proactively address risks issues and change requests.\nEnsure adherence to project governance quality standards and organizational processes.\nManage third-party vendors implementation partners and external stakeholders.\nDrive user adoption training change management and transition to support teams.\nPrepare executive-level reports dashboards and project documentation.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and ServiceNow roadmap planning.\nRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.\n5 years of project management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.\n2 years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.\nExperience with Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.\nExperience managing project budgets timelines and vendor relationships.\nPreferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.\nPMP Agile Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience in digital transformation IT service management or enterprise platform modernization initiatives.\nExperience working in large enterprise or government environments.\nAt DXC Technology we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
