SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant

Core Experience:

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession and Career Development
• Experience configuring calibration, talent review and succession pool processes
• Strong integration experience between Talent modules and Compensation/Employee Central
• Good knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework) based extensions
• Functional knowledge of competency and career path frameworks
• Understanding of talent analytics and workforce insights

Key Competencies:

• 10 to 12 years in SAP HR/SuccessFactors Talent consulting
• Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications, help manuals and test scripts
• Experience supporting large-scale talent management implementations
• Experience in creating root cause analysis for talent process issues
• Should be able to communicate directly with the business users and resolve the issues
• Capacity to understand business requirements from a client's point of view
• Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others
• Must be results-oriented with full ownership
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously
• Strong fundamental knowledge in domain areas
• Strong communication skills
