Ability to interface with Engineers from Multiple Disciplines to develop software tools that meet their needs. Ability to administer, install and integrate 3rd party software to allow them to run on client imaged Windows devices. Understanding of Client Server Applications, Storage technologies and Database Interfaces is a plus.\nStrong analytical problem-solving skills, testing skills and communication skills. Ability to work closely with Engineering customers to understand business needs, perform root cause analysis, help drive the resolution of issues and manage risk, propose process improvements, provide front-line support for severity issues. Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.\nSkills Required:\nExperience with C++, Fortan ( preferred ) Perl/Shell scripting, Python, GitHub, Linux, Windows Sys Admin skills, MS Office Tools, ServiceNow, Real Time Data Acquisition Systems, Flight Test Support.\nBS Degree - 5+ yrs experience\nMust be US Citizen - working with US Military data.\nAbility to get Government Clearance.\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,400 - $136,300.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
