The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams to support insurance policy lifecycle operations and system enhancements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for insurance products and processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners to design solutions aligned with business needs.\nSupport implementation and configuration of Policy Administration Systems such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire Policy Center, Duck Creek, Majesco, or other equivalent platforms.\nAnalyse current workflows and processes and recommend improvements or system changes.\nDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documents.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.\nAssist in creating test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nProvide support during system rollout and post-implementation phases.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n4 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the insurance domain.\nWorking knowledge of at least one Policy Administration System (PAS) such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.\nUnderstanding of the full policy lifecycle -quote, bind, issue, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in writing business and functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Insurance, or a related field.\nInsurance certifications (e.g., LOMA, AINS, CPCU) or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.\nExposure to system integration projects, APIs, or digital transformation in insurance.\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
