Buscamos alguien como tú.\nQUÉ HARÁS\nProvisionar y gestionar escritorios Citrix y Cloud PCs de Windows 365 siguiendo plantillas establecidas. Apoyar migraciones de máquinas desde Omnissa Horizon hacia Citrix. Monitorizar alertas básicas de la plataforma con apoyo del equipo sénior. Resolver incidencias de nivel 3 sencillas con mentoría. Gestionar perfiles de usuario y asignación de aplicaciones. Documentar procedimientos e incidencias.\nREQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES\nExperiencia real en soporte técnico, administración de sistemas o equivalente (prácticas, proyectos personales, homelab). Conocimiento práctico de Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory y conceptos básicos de VDI. Nociones de Citrix Workspace, Windows 365 y redes básicas (DNS, DHCP, VPN). PowerShell básico y herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, Nexthink). Español fluido e inglés B2 mínimo - imprescindible para herramientas y documentación Citrix.\nVALORAMOS ESPECIALMENTE\nCertificaciones MS-900 o MD-102. Experiencia con Intune, FSLogix o BASH.
