Tender Offer Specialist

Job Description:

The main tasks are related to the management of administrative documentation relating to calls for tenders of Public Administrations in the ICT sector.

The role includes:

• Study and analysis of calls for tenders and related administrative and technical specifications;

• Verification of the required participation requirements;

• Preparation, in agreement with other company functions, of the administrative documentation necessary for participation in the Call for Tenders (RTI, company certifications, endorsements, etc.);

• Preparation of the documentation necessary for the presentation of the technical and economic offer on the basis of the documents of the appropriate functions;

• Participation in official sessions of openings of documentation and offers;

• Preparation of documentation necessary for the drafting of appeals;

• Preparation of tender declarations justifications and supporting documentation.

• Request for surety policies through the company functions in charge;

• Search within the company for references to meet the participation requirements

• Archiving management of all tender documentation;

• Involvement in some of the post-award activities of the Tender.

• Management of Portals and ancillary activities to Tenders (SDAPA, ANAC, MePA, Supplier Portals, etc.);

• Excellent organizational skills, result orientation, precision and ability to work under deadlines complete the profile
