# AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you’ll lead the design and deployment of production-grade AI and LLM solutions for clients in healthcare, legal, and more. You’ll own solutions end to end and guide our Associate engineers along the way. What you’ll do Design, build, and deploy AI and LLM-based solutions for real client problems Build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and fine-tuned models Evaluate models and set up guardrails to manage bias, privacy, and hallucination risks Set up MLOps pipelines to deploy and monitor models in production Mentor Associate AI Engineers and present findings to the team and client You’ll need 2-4 years of experience in ML or AI development, including at least one solution delivered to production Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain/LlamaIndex Good understanding of AI safety and evaluation methods Strong communication skills Work mode: On-siteLocation: Colombo, Sri Lanka
