The Product Manager provides leadership to Product Owners and Product Analysts, manages key external stakeholder relationships, and drives the adoption of AI-enabled product and operational practices. This role is critical to maintaining portfolio growth, supporting Ministry and vendor partnerships, delivering roadmap commitments, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Canadian Due Diligence & Legal Filings portfolio. \nKey Responsibilities \nExecute the product strategy and vision for the Due Diligence & Legal Filings portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. \nOwn and manage the product roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade-off decisions across multiple products and initiatives. \nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. \nContribute to the development of business cases and investment recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes and profitability. \nLead the product development lifecycle from concept and planning through delivery, enhancement, and retirement. \nWork closely with Product Owners to develop, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps. \nCollaborate with Software Development Managers to align product priorities, development capacity, and delivery plans. \nPartner with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive, customer-focused product experiences. \nLead agile product delivery activities, including backlog management, release planning, requirements definition, and prioritization. \nAnalyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and business data to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. \nProvide regular updates to senior leadership on roadmap progress, strategic initiatives, risks, and performance metrics. \nDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. \nEnsure organizational readiness for product launches, enhancements, and customer-facing initiatives. \nServe as the primary product contact for Ministry stakeholders, vendor partners, and external organizations. \nManage regulatory requirements, program changes, vendor dependencies, and key stakeholder commitments. \nLead the adoption and governance of AI tools, including though not limited to Microsoft Copilot and Claude, within product management processes and product capabilities. \nEnsure AI initiatives align with organizational governance policies and approved technology standards. \nLead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners and Product Analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. \nWork closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and achieve business objectives. \nSupport strategic planning and portfolio growth initiatives across the Canadian product portfolio.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise \n10+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. \nProven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product strategy, roadmap execution, and product innovation. \nExperience leading and developing Product Owners, Product Analysts, or other product management professionals. \nExperience in the Due Diligence & Legal Filing domain within Canada. \nDeep knowledge of delivering an API first strategy and partner integration. \nStrong experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. \nDemonstrated success working within Agile product development environments. \nExperience creating and managing product roadmaps, business cases, requirements, and prioritization frameworks. \nStrong understanding of software development processes, integrated technology ecosystems, and modern SaaS platforms. \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Compliance. \nExceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience working with government agencies, regulatory organizations, vendors, and executive leadership. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage product and customer data to drive strategic decisions. \nCommercially minded with the ability to balance business objectives, customer needs, revenue goals, and user experience considerations. \nExcellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills. \nExperience leading distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones. \nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make strategic trade-off decisions. \nExperience with AI technologies, specifically Microsoft Copilot and Claude, and their application within product management, product development, and operational processes. \nKnowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and technology adoption frameworks. \nStrong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities. ]\nAbility to build collaborative relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.\nBchelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and
