Customer Support Consultants ensure accurate documentation, follow established workflows, and contribute to strong customer satisfaction. \nKey Responsibilities \nHandle high-volume inbound phone and email support requests. \nProvide guidance on platform usage, order submissions, account inquiries, and troubleshooting. \nResolve basic technical issues using available tools, knowledge base resources, and standard procedures.\nAccurately document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in Zendesk. \nEscalate complex technical issues to Team Lead. \nContribute to internal and client-facing documentation and knowledge resources. \nAssist with order fulfilment when required. \nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and team training sessions. \nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise \nStrong communication skills and customer focus. \nBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. \nExperience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems (asset). \nPrior customer support or legal industry experience (asset). \nProficiency in Microsoft Office. \nBenefits \nAt Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries!
