This is a strategic leadership role for an SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and a proven track record designing and delivering complex order-to-cash and supply chain solutions across large enterprise environments.\nThe successful candidate will be recognised as a trusted advisor, bringing extensive experience in SAP SD Pricing, Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP/ATP), Rebates, Settlement Management, Order Management, and Customer Sales Operations, combined with strong knowledge of integrated CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other front-office ecosystems.\nBeyond sales execution, you will possess a holistic view of the supply chain, understanding how customer demand flows through distribution, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and service delivery to create seamless customer outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor teams of SAP consultants across multiple project streams and client engagements. \nCoordinate project activities, manage priorities, and allocate work effectively across functional teams. \nFacilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business objectives. \nGuide clients through complex order-to-cash and supply chain business processes. \nDesign and deliver SAP solutions across Sales & Distribution and associated supply chain processes. \nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery. \nEnsure high-quality solution delivery through effective planning, governance, communication, and team coordination. \nSupport consultants in resolving complex business and system challenges. \nCollaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes. \nIdentify process improvement opportunities and help customers maximise value from their SAP investment. \n Coach and develop consultants while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.\nEssential Experience\nExtensive SAP consulting experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.\nDeep expertise in SAP SD including Pricing, ATP, Rebates, Settlement Management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.\nProven integration experience with Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other customer engagement platforms.\nStrong understanding of broader supply chain processes including MM, TM, WM/EWM, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and service management.\nDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
