You're the bridge between a signed contract and a customer who understands our software, running multiple implementations at once, across retail, hospitality, and logistics, for clients who have one thing in common: They're counting on you.\nRequirements\nThis is what you'll do\nAs an Implementation Consultant, you manage our SaaS implementations end-to-end, for our workforce management software, with a growing focus on enterprise customers across multiple locations and departments. You work in a structured way and stay pragmatic in every implementation. You bring HR, IT, operations, and management together and make sure everyone is working towards the same go live.\nYou analyze each customer's situation from the ground up: How their workflows are set up and what needs to change to make it work. From there, you build a realistic project plan, set clear expectations, and guide the organization through the change, from kick-off to adoption. With up to 20 implementation projects running at the same time, you switch fast, set priorities, and keep every project on track. You don't do it alone: A strong implementation team has your back.\nBuild trust from day one with every stakeholder, from enterprise C-level leaders to the teams who use the software every day.\n\nRun smaller projects on your own and team up with a colleague on the big ones.\n\nGo on-site when it moves the project forward, and represent Dyflexis the way we work: Direct, engaged and helpful.\n\nTrain system administrators and end users, making complex functionality easy for anyone to understand.\n\nGuide teams through change, turn resistance into buy-in, and set customers up to take full ownership after go-live.\n\nBring fresh ideas that help the implementation team work smarter, with AI where it helps and sharp thinking where it counts.\n\nThis is what you'll need\n3+ years of experience in an implementation, project or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.\n\nProven project management experience: you run several projects at once without losing overview or quality.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, internally and externally. You're comfortable at the table with senior decisionmakers, and you don't avoid difficult conversations.\n\nHands-on change management experience: You know a successful go-live is about people, not just configuration\n\nTech-savvy and data-driven: No coding is needed, but you learn new tools fast, use data to steer your projects and explain it all even faster.\n\nFluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).\n\nWhat you'll get\nAt Dyflexis, you'll be part of an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused team.
