This is a high-urgency, high-autonomy role: things change by the hour, and we need someone who handles them without being chased. You’ll own the details so the team can focus on building.\nWhat You’ll Do\nExecutive support and coordination\nManage and protect the founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve conflicts quickly.\n\nCoordinate internal and external meetings, customer demos, and visits, including logistics, preparation, and follow-up.\n\nServe as a key point of contact between the founders and internal teams, customers, investors, and external partners.\n\nTrack action items and commitments, ensuring important follow-ups don't get lost.\n\nTravel, Events & Ops\nOwn domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, last-minute changes, and rebooking.\n\nPlan and execute team offsites, company events, and other activities end to end.\n\nSource, negotiate with, and manage vendors for events and office needs.\n\nHelp coordinate office logistics and day-to-day operational needs as they arise.\n\nSpecial Projects\nSupport recruiting coordination, candidate visits, and interview logistics.\n\nPartner with the founders and broader team on special projects and ad hoc initiatives.\n\nSpot operational gaps, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of tasks that don't have an obvious owner.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n3+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similarly fast-paced role. Experience in tech startups, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.\n\nExtremely fast and reliable. You move with urgency, follow through on commitments, and don't need to be chased.\n\nHigh autonomy and strong judgment. You're comfortable making decisions independently, anticipating problems, and figuring things out with limited direction.\n\nExceptionally organized. You can manage competing priorities, keep track of the smallest details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.\n\nAdaptable and resourceful. You're comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and tasks that don't fit neatly into a job description.\n\nExcellent communicator. You're clear, concise, and professional with founders, teammates, investors, vendors, and visitors.\n\nDiscreet and trustworthy.
