The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting Quality Management System processes including the analysis and trending of data, staff communications and mentoring, vendor and reference laboratory quality, consultant credentialing, and maintaining some licensing processes. Ensures proactive internal client support and guidance is provided, including professional and personal assistance when answering inquiries.\nOccasionally performs Quality Assurance audits, prepares reports, and enters non-conformances into the electronic Quality Management System as required. May also perform external quality audits of vendors and other providers.\nCompletes special projects and extra duties as assigned.\nWhat YOU bring to the role:\nBachelor's degree in a science-related field • Understanding of laboratory operations, as demonstrated through medical laboratory technical department related experience. • Embraces Quality Assurance principles.\nUnderstands and promotes principles of the quality management system\nManages and prioritizes work using time management skills and techniques\nApplies great attention to detail\nStrong problem solving, data analysis/trending, and issues-resolution abilities\nDemonstrated proficiency of MS Office suite of products\nVerbal or written French language skills are an asset\nWorking conditions:\nNormal office/medical laboratory environment \nOccasional travel may be necessary \nPay rate: $51,200 to $64,000.\nThe hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements. \nAt Dynacare, we may leverage AI-powered tools in our recruitment process.
