Contribute to meeting the departmental/corporate quality metrics, regulatory compliance and quality indicators \nWhat YOU bring to the role:\nYou have completed Secondary School and a Laboratory Assistant training program or a Medical Lab Assistance course with specialized training in phlebotomy \nYou are customer-focused with a genuine care for patient’s health \nDemonstrate skill in phlebotomy, with the ability to manage anxious patients through the sample obtaining process in a pleasant, calming and reassuring manner \nPrioritize and self-manage within a deadline-oriented environment \nBe extremely detail oriented \nProficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a level that enables you to communicate instructions, clearly and understandably, to patients\nMLPAO/CSMLS Certification is strongly recommended. \nPayrate: $21.00 -$23.25 per hour\nThe hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements.\nWe use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support aspects of our recruitment process, including application screening and candidate matching.
