We prospect, qualify, and land brands' products on new retailers' shelves through a technology-driven approach so lean CPG teams grow faster and spend less.\nThe role\nWe work with some of the coolest emerging and established food & beverage brands. We are hiring Founding Sales team members to own outbound sales for a book of brands, end-to-end. You take the account from initial outreach through order.\nScope the channel: work with brands to decide where they should be (which operator types, which regions, which distributors) and turn that into a target account list with our prospecting agent\nOmnichannel outreach: work the phone, send emails, and send DMs to retailer category buyers, owners, chefs, etc.\nGet orders: send samples, help with distributor setup, and more to drive to collecting purchase orders\nMake the agents better: we use a continuous learning loop to make our prospecting better over time\nWho does well here\n0-3 years of sales experience\nCPG, foodservice distributor, or brokerage experience is a plus\nComfortable dealing with rejection\nCommunicates with clarity and brevity\nOrganized across several brands\nFluent with AI tools\nCares about food and the people who sell it\nYour first 30 days\nWeek 1: learn CPG and dynama’s tech stack.
