We are looking for exceptional engineers who have shipped scrappy projects that they felt passionate about.\nThe internship program is set up in a way that ultimately leads to the Founding Engineer position. We feel that it takes much longer than 2-3 rounds of interview to establish mutual fit. Thus, we look for the following.\n- You build things no one assigned to you\n- You stay curious enough to identify the problem, and then the possible solutions\n- You say \"I don't know\", then go and find out\n- You want to be a founding engineer.\nThe role is two things in one. It's your first-hand look into software development in the industry, at a company that is AI-forward in daily practice. And it's our extended, honest look at your work. If it is a mutual fit, we talk about what comes next.
