Coordinator\nMaintenance and Facility Improvement:\nRegularly walk the property to identify needed repairs and cleanup\n\nPerform and/or schedule preventative maintenance on company assets, including building, vehicles, and equipment\n\nCoordinate planned maintenance activities to minimize disruption to operations and enhance the aesthetics of the building\n\nService Requests:\nReceive and prioritize maintenance requests, including repairs, tidiness, and improvements\n\nAssign tasks to appropriate vendors or perform tasks personally based on expertise and availability\n\nRestock supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas as needed\n\nCommunication:\nConveying maintenance schedules, progress updates, and potential delays related to both maintenance and enhancement projects\n\nProvide clear plans and meet or exceed expectations, ensuring that the building not only functions well but also looks its best\n\nPrompt Response:\nRespond promptly to urgent maintenance issues\n\nServe the executive team and their assistants in whatever way required to ensure seamless operations for leadership\n\nMaintain a willingness to respond 24/7 to any building emergencies such as security breaches, power outages, water leaks, fire alarms, overnight snow\n\nGroundskeeping:\nMaintain the appearance of the grounds, including snow removal, grass cutting, and ensuring the grounds are aesthetically pleasing and free of debris\n\nCoordinate with landscapers to enhance the overall appearance of our building\n\nInventory Management:\nMaintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance\n\nEnsure inventory levels are adequate to support operations, including breakroom supplies (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, etc.)\n\nPurchasing and Remodeling:\nProcure a wide variety of products for the building, including items related to office furniture, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies\n\nExecute building improvements as requested, contributing to the enhancement of the building's function and appearance\n\nComplete construction or remodeling projects to specifications such as set building for the studio or office space remodeling\n\nQuality Control:\nMonitor the quality of work, both in maintenance and enhancements, to ensure that repairs and enhancements are conducted to the highest standards\n\nSecurity and Safety Compliance:\nEnsure compliance with local codes for inspections and certificates, including fire safety and maintenance requirements\n\nMonitor building access and question unknown individuals as needed to maintain security\n\nVendor Management:\nCollaborate with external service providers and vendors for specialized maintenance and enhancement tasks\n\nObtain quotes, negotiate service agreements, evaluate vendor performance, and review
