Equal parts engineer and on-site translator between our engineering team and the customer.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRepresent engineering on-site, supporting both development and deployment\nBuild testing plans and procedures tailored to the customer site and roadmap\nRun tests on-site, track data, debug issues, and keep work moving\nMake sure testing goals are met while keeping the customer happy with performance\nAnalyze collected data to help improve our software and hardware\nKeep engineering in the loop with clear, useful feedback\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust-haves:\nEngineering or Business degree, or equivalent hands-on industry experience\nDeep experience managing complex integrations or robotics systems: 5+ years with a BS or 3+ years with an MS\nProven ability to lead technical rollouts spanning hardware, software, and on-site operations\nAbility to explain complex technology to audiences from the warehouse floor to the boardroom\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience refining processes so they scale across sites\nCAD for site planning, enterprise networking, and Python or C++ APIs\nComfort working in ambiguity\nInstinct for turning a strong technical integration into a larger account opportunity\nAbout Us\nDynamic Creatures is a robotics company designing and building interactive character robots for entertainment and hospitality brands. We are creating a new category of mobile characters that move naturally through guest environments, understand the context of an interaction and respond in real time. Dynamic Creatures offers character-based experiences built on Boston Dynamics and other systems, as well as fully original robots created for a specific brand, environment or story. As Boston Dynamics’ official entertainment and hospitality partner, the company works with entertainment companies to develop guest-facing character experiences designed to feel personal, attentive, and memorable.
