At DSi, we work to build state of the art next generation products with the industry's most talented resources.\nCurrently, we are looking for a few passionate SQA engineers who can join our team.\nResponsibilities\nLiaise with offshore teams (developers, business analysts, and product owners) to understand system requirements and clarify ambiguities.\nReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback from a QA perspective.\nIndependently create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for assigned modules/features.\nDesign, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases; analyze results and identify root causes of failures.\nLog, track, and report bugs and QA-related issues clearly, with steps to reproduce, and follow up to closure.\nMonitor debugging processes and verify fixes before release.\nConduct regression, integration, and post-release/post-implementation testing.\nContribute to the development and improvement of test automation scripts/frameworks.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps) to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.\nSupport and mentor junior QA engineers as needed, sharing best practices and reviewing their test artifacts.\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives, contributing a QA perspective to project timelines.\nRequirements\nVery good attention to detail.\nProven experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.\nWorking knowledge of test management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, or similar).\nPractical experience with API testing tools such as Postman.\nWorking knowledge of functional automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, with the ability to write and maintain basic automated test scripts.\nSolid understanding of programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or others.\nExperience working with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira).\nAnalytical mind and strong problem-solving aptitude.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills;
