At DSi, we work to build state of the art next generation products with the industry's most talented resources.\nWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator to manage Government Software Projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background & interest in software project management, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with public sector clients, including ministries, government agencies, and state-owned enterprises is a plus.\nResponsibilities\nProject Management Support\nAssist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and tracking project activities against the contract milestones.\nMaintain project trackers and logs for tasks, actions, issues and risks, and follow up with owners until items are closed.\nTrack due dates and alert the Project Manager before anything falls due.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nCollect inputs from the team and compile them into periodic project reports to an agreed standard and format.\nDraft official correspondence to the client and maintain an accurate record of what is sent and received.\nPrepare meeting agendas, take minutes of internal and client meetings, circulate them and track decisions.\nMaintain the project document repository, folder structure and version control.\nClient and Stakeholder Coordination\nAct as the day-to-day liaison with the client for scheduling, submissions and routine follow-up.\nCoordinate training sessions, workshops and review meetings, including venue, materials, attendance sheets and certificates.\nFollow up on pending client approvals, system access requests and clearance processes.\nGovernance and Compliance\nSupport project governance and review activities, and keep the project audit-ready.\nCollect and organize evidence for internal and external quality, process and compliance reviews.\nEnsure project documents follow the agreed house style, formats and templates.\nTeam Administration\nMaintain the team roster, duty shifts and attendance records, and coordinate onboarding of new resources.\nCoordinate access, workspace and logistics requirements for the on-site team.\nPrepare presentations and status summaries for management and client briefings.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, business analysis or technical documentation, preferably on government or enterprise IT projects.\nStrong written and spoken English and Bangla; able to draft formal correspondence to a government client without heavy editing.\nAdvanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Google Workspace and document version control.\nProven ability to compile structured reports from multiple team inputs under deadline.\nOrganized, detail-oriented and able to follow up persistently without supervision.\nWilling to work on site at client premises in Dhaka as the project requires.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience on a government ICT project, especially with a procuring entity, donor-funded programme or a ToR-driven contract.\nFamiliarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ClickUp, Asana) and diagramming tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio).\nExposure to software delivery processes: SRS, UAT, release and change management.\nAwareness of CMMI, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 documentation and evidence practices.\nProject management training or certification (CAPM, PMP, PSM or CSM) is an advantage.\nEligible to obtain security clearance where a client project requires it.\nEducation Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science,
