Responsibilities\nCRM (70%-80%)\nOwn and lead the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).\nDefine and execute the CRM roadmap aligned with business strategy.\nLead CRM Projects & implementation, governance, release management, integrations, data quality and user adoption.\nManage Salesforce administrators, developers, analysts and external partners.\nDrive business process optimization across Sales, Service and Customer Experience functions.\nManage integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems and other enterprise applications.\nPartner with business leaders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.\nDigital Platforms (20%-30%)\nOversee customer-facing digital platforms including websites, customer portals and eCommerce solutions.\nSupport digital initiatives related to Shopify, WordPress and similar platforms.\nDrive integration between CRM, digital platforms and marketing technologies.\nImprove customer journeys, lead generation flows and digital engagement processes.\nSupport digital transformation initiatives across B2B and B2C customer touchpoints.\nRequirements\n7+ years of Salesforce experience.\n3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.\nSalesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud ownership.\nExperience leading CRM strategy, governance and roadmap.\nExperience managing agile projects .\nExperience managing integrations with ERP and enterprise systems.\nExperience working in global organizations.\nStrong stakeholder management across Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations.\nAdvantage:\nSalesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Architect).\nExperience in manufacturing, industrial, medical device or telecommunications organizations.\nExperience with Shopify, WordPress or eCommerce platforms.\nExperience with SAP, Priority, Oracle or NetSuite.\nExperience leading AI and automation
