This hybrid role combines technical sales, application engineering, business development, and account management responsibilities to drive revenue growth, secure design wins, and expand market share , all within the region of Israel.\nThe ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background (Passives market is an advantage), excellent customer-facing skills, and a passion for helping customers solve complex engineering challenges while developing long-term business relationships.\nBusiness Development & Growth\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities within target markets and existing accounts.\nDrive design-win activities, specification positioning, and competitive displacement.\nExecute territory growth plans with Strategic Account Managers and channel partners.\nQualify new projects and applications to expand revenue opportunities.\nTechnical Support\nSupport customers throughout the design cycle, including design reviews and application guidance.\nAssist with product qualification, validation, implementation, and troubleshooting.\nCoordinate resolution of technical and quality-related issues.\nChannel Development\nEnable and support distributors through training, joint customer engagements, and opportunity development.\nDrive pipeline growth, design registrations, and participation in QBRs.\nAccount Management\nBuild strong relationships with engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders.\nManage opportunities, forecasts, quotations, and customer programs.\nMaintain CRM accuracy, forecast visibility, and customer satisfaction.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nRepresent customer and market needs to internal teams.\nSupport product roadmap initiatives and business planning activities.\nCollaborate closely with sales, product management, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field preferred.\n3+ years of experience in field applications engineering, technical sales, design engineering, or account management.\nStrong technical sales capabilities -
