You will work closely with customers, sales teams, warehouse operations, planning, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving operational efficiency and business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.\nResponsibilities\nRespond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, lead times, and order status.\nPrepare and process quotations, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping documentation.\nManage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.\nFollow up on customer requests, expedite orders, and provide timely updates on open orders.\nMaintain leads, opportunities, quotes, and customer records within Salesforce CRM.\nCoordinate with warehouse, planning, and logistics teams to support customer delivery requirements.\nRecommend alternative products and solutions when inventory or supply constraints arise.\nSupport key customer accounts by managing forecasts, open-order reports, and shipment schedules.\nUtilize EDI and business systems to process customer transactions and retrieve forecasting information.\nPartner with finance to assist with customer account inquiries and shipment release requirements.\nMaintain organized documentation and support compliance and audit requirements.\nContribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a related role.\nExperience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer service and relationship-building abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nExperience in manufacturing, industrial, technical, or distribution environments is preferred\nBenefits\nHourly range: $23.00 - 24.50\nCompany sponsored benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, disability and flexible spending account (FSA)\nVoluntary Critical Illness & Accidental Injury Insurance\nCompany 401(k) Plan with 4% employer match (Employee/Employer Contributions 100% vested upon hire)\nPaid vacation and holidays\nThe estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time.
