The role is designed for an experienced individual contributor who combines strong project management discipline with practical understanding of global planning, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.\nThe PMO will personally drive projects from definition through implementation and closure, working directly with global and site teams to build plans, coordinate execution, remove obstacles, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure measurable business outcomes. This is not a people-management role; it requires ownership, active follow-up, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a global matrix environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead supply chain projects end to end, from scope definition, business case, planning, and stakeholder alignment through execution, implementation, handover, and closure.\nOwn detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, risk registers, and success measures.\nWork hands-on with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Quality, Engineering, and commercial stakeholders across global sites.\nDrive project execution through structured follow-up, problem solving, decision tracking, and timely escalation of risks and gaps.\nFacilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, steering reviews, and cross-functional status meetings; document decisions, owners, and due dates.\nTrack project performance and business impact using clear KPIs, dashboards, action logs, Gantt charts, and executive summaries.\nAnalyze operational data, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and translate insights into practical actions.\nSupport and lead initiatives related to planning processes, inventory and service improvement, supplier and procurement processes, logistics flows, network optimization, product or site transfers, and systems implementation.\nPromote consistent project management standards, templates, governance, and lessons learned across the Global Supply Chain organization.\nSupport change management, implementation readiness, process adoption, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure sustainable results.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in PMO, project management, supply chain, operations, or a similar cross-functional role.\nProven experience independently leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.\nBroad practical knowledge of supply chain processes, with exposure to global planning, procurement, and logistics.\nExperience working with international teams, global stakeholders, suppliers, or sites outside the home country.\nStrong project planning, execution, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.\nStrong analytical capabilities and confidence working with operational data, KPIs, and management reporting.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
