In this role, you will take responsibility for VPG IL financials and taxes, supervising the accounting team while providing professional guidance and support. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving financial excellence across the organization.\nOversee all accounts and ledgers (monthly and quarterly) while assuring accurate execution of VPG accounting policy for financial statements reporting & Taxes. \nLead finance operations and guide bookkeeping team to meet VPG timeline and accuracy. \nTM1 month end close support and backup. \nMonthly analytical review and periodically SGA reconciliations preparation. \nPreparing and reviewing annual financial statements & tax return filing. \nQuarterly tax calculations/provisions and tax package for Israel entities. \nTax planning and identifying opportunities for tax savings. \nCollaboration with colleagues, managers, external auditors and lawyers. \nCoordinate governance and related matters including internal and external audits, transfer pricing, grants and various regional legal topics. \nAnnual budgeting & quarterly forecast. \nLead implementation of ERP/systems as necessary. \nManage documentation and maintenance of SOX narratives and procedures. \nResponsible of Internal control of Finance department including review process of work during the month/quarter/year-end. \nRequirements\nCPA, Ex.
