We provide comprehensive training for transitioning into this role.\nFUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\nParticipation in projects for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. \n\nConfiguring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to fit the client's business processes. \n\nInteraction with the development department in terms of writing tasks for system customization, controlling deadlines and quality of execution. \n\nBuilding strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service levels. \n\nMeeting deadlines and reporting on completed work.\n\n WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: \n\n1+ year of experience in IT field\n\nDesire to continuously learn new things \n\nTechnically savvy \n\nEnglish language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher
