This role provides support to maintain the project operations across Dynamic Aviation.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nPerform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of turbine engines and engine accessories\nSupport Defense and Technical Operations by maintaining engines utilized at Dynamic Aviation\nSupport PT6 engine overhaul and repair activities in accordance with approved maintenance data\nExecute assigned work in accordance with daily production plans and department priorities\nWork closely with supervisors, team members, and support personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity\nAccurately document maintenance actions and assist with maintenance tracking and recordkeeping requirements\nEnsure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and approved procedures\nMaintain a safe and secure work environment while adhering to all safety requirements and best practices\nAssist in identifying maintenance issues, process improvements, and tooling needs\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance\nMaintain a high level of communication with supervisors, team members, and other departments\nMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and serviceable condition\nComplete assigned training and maintain required qualifications and certifications\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school education required \nA&P Certificate\nPrevious experience maintaining and working on engine components and systems\nQuality and detail-oriented \nAbility to read, write, and perform basic math calculations \nAbility to follow directions and remain on task \nMust provide own tools (tools listing to be provided) \nBasic computer skills \nAbility to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of PT-6, PW-123, Rolls Royce TAY-611, and CFM-56 engines\nPrevious engine run experience\n\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to travel as required – less than 5%\n\nWorking Conditions\nMonday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm with a 1 hours lunch (12 pm to 1 pm)\nEnvironmental considerations: Inside and outside of a non-air-conditioned aircraft hangar\n\nPay Band: $27.16 - $40.36 per hour.
