This role coordinates engineering, maintenance, operations, supply chain, and customer teams to meet program requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The Program Manager serves as the primary customer contact, manages risks and changes, and ensures work is completed in accordance with contractual and applicable regulatory requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nProvides daily leadership on assigned projects and personnel\nProactively manages all project roles, identification of resource requirements, definition of project deliverables and delivery of exceptional customer service\nWorks cooperatively with customers to develop project scope of work documents and project plans\nIdentifies the technical approach to be used on a given project and manages the system development process\nEnsures effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members\nAssigns, schedules, trains, reviews and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget\nWorks cooperatively with customers to meet training requirements, identify roles and responsibilities for project team members, and create an appropriate reporting structure for project personnel\nIdentifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, and variances that may arise during the implementation of projects\nFacilitates appropriate solutions with the appropriate customer(s)\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field of study\nWillingness and aptitude to learn, build consensus, and demonstrated experience with ‘informal leadership’ (leading teams whose members are not direct-reports)\nExperience with or exposure to earned value metrics (EVM) application in a project environment\nDemonstrated successful experience coordinating at least 10 employees in a project environment\nDetail oriented with strong organizational skills\nDemonstrated experience handling operational, customer and personnel issues\nExperienced user of Microsoft Office products, notably Excel and Project\nAble to build trust with internal and external customers through a disciplined and responsible approach\nAble to effectively motivate personnel within a team environment\nDemonstrated experience with accepted industry standards for inspections, audits, assets and performance objectives\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrefer 5+ years of experience in the aviation or Government contracting industries\nExperience liaising with FAA and DoD aviation organizations \nFamiliarity with business financial metrics\nKnowledge and familiarity with commercial Large Language Model (LLM) tools\n\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to travel as required, less than 10%\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Security clearance \nAbility to produce work authorization documentation to work in the US\n\nWorking Conditions\n8 am – 5 pm; flexible based on business needs\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nFrequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and operating office equipment\nAbility to view computer screens for extended periods, with close vision and the ability to adjust focus\nOccasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment\nAbility to lift and move items up to approximately 10–20 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies)\nAbility to maintain focus and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail\nRegularly works in office environment\n\nPay Band: $78,100-$105,000.
