leads to ensure projects remain on schedule and proper documentation and support is available\nClearly communicate priorities to leads and technicians\nAssist leads and technicians with the layout of projects\nAssist the manager with daily activities\nVerify necessary parts ordering and partner with logistics technician to ensure proper stock\nMake important decisions and follow through with them while following proper procedures and processes\nEnsure employees that require OJT complete the prescribed training to a satisfactory level\nUnderstand and apply FAA and 145 repair station and safety standards\nAt times, act as the lead on multiple projects in support of the sheet metal shop\n\nSkills/Qualifications:\nA&P License required, IA preferred\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed\nA team player, and able to collaborate with other Dynamic Aviation teams\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nMust be detail-oriented and
