Marketing Campaigns:\n-Master our Salesforce environment, meticulously managing customer data to fuel targeted outreach.\n-Orchestrate the setup of direct mail and call campaigns within Salesforce, managing tasks and opportunities to ensure seamless execution.\n-Become the lynchpin for direct mail operations, coordinating with internal teams and external brokers, managing suppression lists, and ensuring list accuracy using NCOA software.\n-Handle campaign-related data requests and ensure compliance with opt-out preferences.\nDeliver Actionable Insights:\n-Collaborate across teams to understand data needs, translating business requirements into powerful Salesforce reports and dashboards.\n-Develop and refine reporting solutions that provide clear visibility into performance and trends, enabling data-driven decisions.\n-Partner with our Systems team to identify and bridge gaps in data capture and reporting capabilities.\nChampion Data Quality & Integrity:\n-Own the quality and accuracy of our CRM data, performing ongoing cleansing, validation, and maintenance.\n-Utilize tools like Briteverify and cross-reference data sources (web scrapers, lead capture forms) to maintain high standards for contact information accuracy.\n-Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring our CRM remains a reliable source of truth.\nQualifications\nProven experience in Salesforce data management and reporting.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce data loader and other ETL tools.\nProficiency in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProven track record cleaning and de-duplicating data using Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nExperience with data cleansing and data validation techniques.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong understanding of data integrity principles. \nExperience in gathering requirements and translating them into reports.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with NCOA software.\nExperience with DemandTools and
