This isn’t just a transactional role; it is a full-charge accounting position where you’ll own core financial functions-from vendor payables and fixed assets to inventory accounting and prepaid expenses. You will also play a key hands-on role in multi-state sales tax compliance, month-end closing and our annual financial audits. You’ll collaborate across departments, help refine our processes, and ensure that every dollar is accounted for with precision and purpose.

You Have
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and prior experience in accounting in a professional setting.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into detailed data and resolve complex issues.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively internally and externally.

Tech Proficiency: Solid proficiency in accounting software/ERPs and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Spend Management: Own the end-to-end vendor bill pay process, monthly employee credit card expense reporting, and 1099/W-9 vendor compliance.
Asset & Revenue Accounting: Manage key financial accounting requirements such as fixed assets and depreciation, support monthly inventory variance analysis with Operations Team, and handle GAAP pledge and unearned revenue accounting entries.
Financial Reconciliations & Compliance: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage multi-state sales tax reporting, and assist with month-end closing entries.
Projects & Cross-Functional Support: Prepare supporting workpapers for external auditors; collaborate on special financial analysis projects, process improvement and other mission-critical initiatives with the Controller and team members.
