Dynamis provides full-spectrum exercise support services to CISA Exercises in accordance with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines for discussion- and operations-based exercises addressing all-hazards threat scenarios for critical infrastructure owners and operators. While the focus of the Infrastructure Security Exercise Support Services contract is to conduct exercises to test and validate plans and capabilities against physical security and natural hazard threats to critical infrastructure, Dynamis also supports exercises demonstrating the interplay of cybersecurity and physical security as they relate to critical infrastructure as well as the National Cyber Exercise Program (NCEP). \nLocation: Dynamis HQ in Falls Church, VA and client offices in Arlington, VA.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist SME Exercise Planners and serve as a support contract planning lead for exercises\nLead initial development of all required exercise documentation \nFacilitate exerciseplanning meetings \nFacilitate discussion-based exercises when required \nSupport the planningand design of operational exercises, specifically FSEs, to include serving as anexercise controller for key exercise functions \nSupervise and reviewwork conducted by more junior contract personnel \nAssistin the development of strategicreportsand standard operating procedures \nAssistin the development and tracking of metrics \nRespond to Executive Secretariat Tasksas needed \nAssistwith exerciseschedulingand staffing as needed \nAssistwith meeting support \nRequirements:\nU.S. Citizenship (must be able to obtain and maintain client suitability)\nBachelor’s degree \nMinimum of 7years’experience in designing, planningand executing HSEEP-aligned, Joint ExerciseLifecycle, or other Federally recognized exercise planning doctrine exercises, including thedesign and execution of operational exercises, specifically Full-Scale Exercises(FSEs) \nIn lieu of a Bachelor’sdegree, 10years of experience, of which a minimum of 5 years must be specialized in the designing, planningand executing HSEEP-aligned or Department of Defense comparable exercises, to include the design and execution of operational exercises specifically FSEs \nKnowledgeable inall applicable HSEEP exercisetypes \nExperience with the design, facilitation, and execution of both discussion-andoperations-based exercises, specifically Tabletop Exercises(TTXs), Functionals, and FSEs \nLocated within 50 miles of Arlington, VA\nPreferred:\nDHS/CISA suitability\nHSEEP certification\nMEP certification \nKnowledge of the CISA mission and organization \nExperience as an emergency manager, first responder, or similar field \nExperience with critical infrastructure owners and/or operators \nExperience facilitatingsenior-level federal workshops, planning meetings, or exercises \nSalary range: $90,000-120,000\nThe salary range for this position represents the anticipated hiring range.
