Top-Secret clearance is required.\nLocation: FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC\nResponsibilities:\nOversee VNS, VOSS, and CENP analysts in a supervisory capacity\nOversee the processing of victim contact information and case documentation\nValidate and verify case files in multiple case management systems\nPerform quality assurance and report generation when directed\nWork with CENP/VOSS/VNS program managers to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nProvide robust and comprehensive training for new analysts\nProvide timely feedback, quality control reviews, and remedial training to correct deficiencies and ensure compliance with program standards\nReview daily logs of data imports and facilitate corrective actions as needed\nApprove data within systems as needed to ensure accuracy and appropriate data transfer\nIdentify and recommend opportunities for strategic process enhancements\nOversee day-to-day scheduling and ensure effective regional coverage plans\nEnsure the team operates cohesively and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction\nHold regular team meetings to ensure staff compliance with customer policies and procedures\nCommunicate vacancy coverage plans and backfilling updates to program management\nRequirements:\nU.S. Citizenship required\nActive Top Secret security clearance (required at time of proposal submission)\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university (four years of relevant professional experience may substitute)\nMinimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment\nOne year of experience using MS Word and MS Outlook\nOne year of experience using MS Excel, including spreadsheet creation, data entry/auto-fill, sorting/filtering/freezing panes, worksheet management, Text-to-Columns, and the Concatenate function\nOne year of experience using MS SharePoint in a professional work environment\nProgram and project management experience\nExperience preparing and delivering formal presentations to a wide audience\nAt least one year of experience managing personnel\nExperience producing written documentation, including procedures and instructions\nExperience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously and to short deadlines\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey program details, analysis, and recommendations to personnel and all levels of management \nPreferred:\nExperience and proficiency building and updating Microsoft SharePoint sites in a professional work environment\nPrior experience supporting federal law enforcement, victim services, or a comparable case-management environment\nSalary range: $80,000 - 100,000 annually\nThe salary range for this position represents the anticipated hiring range.
