The role escalates operational HR queries to the Headquarters’ HR Generalist Team (SG) via Lane 1 and escalates ER, compliance, and sensitive matters directly to the Director of HR via Lane 2. The role supports the local execution of regional HR policies and programmes.\nKey Accountability Areas:\nPhilippines payroll processing - in-house computation and statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG)\nPhilippines statutory compliance - DOLE requirements, BIR filings, and labour law adherence\nDay to day HR operations for PH staff - queries, onboarding, offboarding, probation\nLocal execution of regional HR policies, programmes, and communications\nOffice administration for Philippines operations\n HRIS data ownership for Philippines in ProSoft / Octomate (post rollout)\n Employee engagement and wellbeing delivery for Philippines\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nManage the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations for Philippines employees, including employee queries, onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, and employee lifecycle administration\nProcess Philippines payroll in-house on a monthly basis, including statutory deductions and contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG\nSupport the local implementation of regional HR policies, SOPs, programmes, and communications for Philippines employees\nManage office administration and vendor relationships for Philippines operations\nMaintain accurate HRIS data for Philippines employees, conduct regular data audits, and support HRIS rollout initiatives\nDeliver local employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives in alignment with regional programmes\nTrack and report Philippines-specific HR data, including training completion, headcount, and employee exits, to the Singapore HR team\nCoordinate office and virtual activities and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations\nAssist the Director of HR with ad hoc HR projects and other HR-related initiatives\nCoordinate interview scheduling and local job postings for Philippines recruitment, liaising with the relevant Talent Acquisition and HR teams when needed\nKey Attributes:\nAttentive, eager to learn, and including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nProficient in Philippines labour and manpower legislation, including foreign work permit applications and renewals\nAble to independently handle Philippines payroll and manpower tax calculations\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with various departments, including department heads and management\nSelf-driven,
