You will work directly with enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, shape deployment strategies, and drive successful implementation of Dynamo AI’s platform across customer environments.\nForward Deployed Strategists act as the connective layer between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. You will help organizations move from experimentation toward durable production adoption - ensuring deployments deliver measurable business outcomes while meeting enterprise requirements around governance, reliability, security, and performance.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role for individuals who enjoy solving ambiguous operational problems, working closely with customers, and translating complex AI capabilities into practical enterprise value.\nIn This Role You’ll\nPartner Closely with Customers\nBuild trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across business, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and security teams\nUnderstand customer workflows, operational pain points, and AI deployment priorities\nIdentify and shape high-impact AI use cases aligned to measurable business outcomes\nPartner with customers to redesign business and operational processes around AI adoption, helping organizations streamline governance, evaluation, and approval workflows to accelerate the path from experimentation to production deployment\nDrive Strategic AI Deployments\nWork closely with product and engineering teams to operationalize Dynamo’s products within enterprise environments\nTranslate customer requirements into deployment strategies and implementation plans\nHelp customers design scalable workflows around AI governance, evaluation, observability, and real-time guardrails\nNavigate ambiguity and unblock cross-functional execution across internal and customer teams\nBalance speed, technical feasibility, governance, and business impact during deployments\nBridge Business and Technical Teams\nDevelop a strong understanding of enterprise AI systems, LLM deployment patterns, evaluation methodologies, and guardrail architectures\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both executive and technical audiences\nSurface customer insights and deployment learnings back into product, engineering, and go-to-market teams\nHelp shape scalable deployment playbooks and best practices across customer engagements\nSupport Commercial and GTM Efforts\nPartner with sales teams during strategic customer engagements, workshops, and pre-sales discussions\nHelp customers understand the operational and organizational requirements for successful AI adoption\nSupport enterprise expansion opportunities by identifying engage credibly in both commercial and technical discussions\nExperience managing complex enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills\nDemonstrated ability to drive initiatives from ambiguity to execution\nNice To Have\nExperience with Generative AI, LLM deployments, AI governance, AI evaluation, or
