Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop front-end systems using TypeScript, React, and related tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Rapidly translate Figma mockups into fully functional, high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on design fidelity.
• Lead the design reviews and ensure the implementation aligns with overall architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring consistent performance across devices.
• Implement and manage state management solutions (e. g., Redux, Zustand) to ensure efficient data flow within applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to influence design decisions and provide feedback on feasibility and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end components with APIs and services, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience developing user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and associated ecosystem tools.
• Demonstrated experience in front-end architecture and design patterns, with the ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong proficiency in translating design mockups into responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Experience with state management solutions and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Proficient in front-end testing frameworks (e. g., Jest, Cypress) for ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Experience in leading design and code reviews, providing actionable feedback to peers.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product management, backend development, and UX/UI design.
