Your work will directly influence how quickly and confidently our products reach over 90 countries.\nAbout the Role\nDefine global compliance and market access strategies for EMC, RF, and cybersecurity\nDirect certification efforts for markets including FCC, CE/RED, ISED, SIRIM, SRRC, MIC, MSIP, etc.\nEnsure that the knowledge on technical requirements and standards within their own disciplines, as applicable to Dyson products and target markets, is obtained, evaluated and maintained\nEnsure that the compliance requirements within all projects and disciplines are validated, using the methods agreed within the scope of regulations\nFeed into the process of making available such information in a timely manner and agreed format to the other groups of the team is appropriate, robust and flexible\nSupport the goals of the PD Team in collaboration with the senior members of the team\nUnderstand and manage the risks associated with product compliance or approvals\nBe able to represent the C&A Team within Dyson and may represent Dyson externally\nMay have a direct and decisive influence in international standards making activities within own disciplines\nIdentify and/or evaluate areas for improvement in the Project Delivery activities\nMay have or be developing an understanding of quality systems and assurance\nMentor Team members that require development to and within the senior and Lead Regulatory Specialist roles\nOwn/contribute to Team/department level initiatives & change projects\nMay take on a technical lead in their specialist area\nContribute to team recruitment activity\nAbout You\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent\n8-12+ years of experience in EMC/RF compliance, IoT certification, or product approvals\nStrong knowledge of IoT standards (, ETSI EN 303645, CISPR 14-1 &2, Bluetooth SIG, ETSI EN18031, UK PSTI, AU Data Act and Telecommunications Infrastructure, etc.), EMC standards, radio regulations, and IoT wireless technologies\nDemonstrated ability to lead projects and manage certification workflows\nExperience with multi-radio IoT devices\nPre-compliance and failure analysis skills\nSkills\nExcellent knowledge of regulatory and technical standards principles\nExcellent knowledge and understanding of relevant technical disciplines\nIn-depth understanding of the C&A process for the main Dyson markets\nExtensive understanding of different avenues of intelligence gathering and intelligence services providers and ability at merging them to provide a comprehensive compliance strategy\nRelevant experience of R&D development in a range of product categories\nAbility to communicate unambiguous regulatory concepts to the global C&A Team, global R&D and the broader business\nHave in-depth understanding of regulations and standards developments\nAbility to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate work with others\nExcellent problem solving and analytical skills\nAble and confident at influencing and motivating others\nAbility to work at all levels and to share knowledge\nKey Attributes\nRecognised as an expert in Product compliance across one or more disciplines applicable to Dyson products\nSeen as a main contributor at resolving compliance testing and certification issues\nCommunicate effectively with all business functions, ensuring non-technical functions correctly understand the impact of compliance and approvals issues\nWorks autonomously with minimal support or guidance\nActs as a role model, mentors and guides others\nBenefits\nDyson Singapore monitors the market to ensure competitive salaries and bonuses.
