Apply now to learn more about how you can contribute to a winning team!\n\nAbout the Role\nThis role is in-person only and requires regular visits to multiple third-party retail locations to represent Dyson, support retailer staff, and engage directly with customers.\nDemonstrate values and behaviors consistent with Dyson’s culture \nUtilize the Dyson-developed sales model to engage and excite shoppers while achieving key success factors \nProvide the ultimate shopper experience in an engaging and well-informed professional fashion \nUnderstand the shopper’s needs through discovery and consultation to identify the appropriate products to address their needs and desires \nDemonstrate the appropriate Dyson tool in a clear and concise manner which permits the shopper to duplicate the actions successfully at home \nAdhering to in-store demonstration and health & safety standards\nAct as the in-store representative for all Dyson products while present in store \nEducate Retail Sales Associate partners and shoppers on specific product features and benefits of various technologies \nPerform operational duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining display cleanliness, replenishing stock, and other related activities \nSuccessfully utilize CRM and HRIS systems to complete daily reporting in an accurate and timely manner \nPerform other duties, as assigned \n\nAbout You\nMinimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience \nExperience working with technology and within the beauty industry, preferably prestige/luxury brands \nComfortable with leading events such as Masterclasses, and speaking to groups of people \nAbility to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours \nAbility to work retail hours (standard, peak, holiday) including a minimum of three (3) days/week including every Saturday/Sunday \nAbility to transport demonstration equipment/supplies to and from assigned location(s) and the ability to travel within a defined territory \nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs \nAbility to work well with others and establish strong relationships within Dyson Canada Ltd as well as with our third-party retail partners \nStrong negotiation skills combined with adaptable approach to selling \nAmbitious and self-motivated sales individual who exhibits confidence and professionalism \nProven track record of successful sales experience, achieving or exceeding quotas \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nSelf-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance \nComfortable with computer skills in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook as well as the ability to use an iPad and corresponding applications \n\nBenefits\nAt Dyson, how we reward you is linked to our high-performance culture.
