Amazon Business Management\nManage day-to-day operations across Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central.\nOwn Amazon sales performance, traffic, conversion, and profitability KPIs. 2. Commercial Planning & Promotions\nPlan and execute Prime Day, Prime Appreciation Sale, Black Friday, New YearSaleand seasonal campaigns. 3. Content & PDP Optimization\nManage product titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ Content and Brand Store. 4. Seller Central Operations\nListing management, catalog health, inventory availability,complianceand customer experience metrics. 5. Vendor Central Operations\nPO management,instockmonitoring, chargebackmanagementand operational scorecards. 6. Amazon Advertising\nSupport Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP activities. 7. Analytics & Reporting\nMonitorsales, traffic, conversion, Buy Box,inventoryand advertising performance. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Global teams.\nRequired Qualifications\n3-6+ years of experience in Amazon Marketplace Management or E-Commerce.\nHands-on experience with both Vendor Central and Seller Central.\nStrong analytical and commercial skills.\nJapanese: Native or fluent business level.\nEnglish: Business communication level.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in consumer electronics, home appliances, premium brands.\nExperience managing both 1P and 3P business models.\nKnowledge of Retail Media, SEO, E-CommerceAnalyticsand Inventory Planning.\nKPIs\nSell-out volume\nGross Margin\nTraffic Growth\nConversion Rate\nBuy Box %\nAdvertising ROI\nInstockRate\nPDP Content Accuracy\nPromotional Performance\nCandidate Profile\nStrong ownership and accountability\nData-driven and commercially minded\nExcellent stakeholder management\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
