This role combines employee lifecycle administration with process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and support for team development to ensure an excellent employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as an escalation point for complex employee HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of cases.\nManage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.\nSupport employees, managers, and HR teams with complex HR processes, policies, and employment-related matters.\nProvide guidance on local labour law and company policies.\nPerform monthly pre-payroll process and input validation. \nSupport the development and coaching of HR team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.\nPartner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to resolve complex employee-related queries and escalations.\nLead or contribute to local and global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport Team Lead in queue management and trends, risks, and opportunities analysis. \nAct as a subject matter expert for Employee Administration processes and support process documentation and knowledge management activities.\nSkills and Competencies:\nProven experience in Employee Administration for the country market (3-4 years)\nSolid understanding of local labour law. \nFluent in spoken and written language relevant to the market. \nExtensive experience in Employee Administration and Global HR Shared Services \nProven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members\nStrong time management and delegation skills \nComfortable navigating ambiguity and change\nSkilled in data analysis and reporting (desirable). \nExperience with Workday and case management systems (desirable). \nMinimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. \n________________________________________\nReward Package\nStarting salary from PLN 79,100.00 annually + with potential for a higher offer based on skills and experience \nPerformance bonus opportunity\nEmployee Capital Plan (PPK)\nEmployee Savings Plan (PPO)\nCompany-paid life insurance\nHoliday allowance\nAllowance for corrective glasses and contact lenses\nSubsidised on-site canteen\nExclusive discount on Dyson products\nComprehensive private medical insurance\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)\nBenefits platform with Multisport card\n#LI-AS1\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
