This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, AMS partners, and software vendors to ensure SAP solutions continue to meet Dyson's evolving business needs.\nThe role is responsible for:\nProvide functional and technical expertise across SAP Supply Chain modules including S/4HANA SD and MM. \nCollaborate with Business Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business priorities into a technical platform roadmap.\nLead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with global business stakeholders. \nWork closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand business changes, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into clear solution requirements.\nPerform gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution evaluations across SD processes, systems, integrations, data, and reporting.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.\nProvide functional expertise across Supply Chain SD and MM. \nSupport the review and validation of solution designs & configurations to ensure business requirements are fully addressed.\nDrive the identification, prioritization, and remediation of technical debt, platform \nEnsure compliance with Dyson security standards, governance processes, and architecture principles.\nEstablish and monitor platform health, service KPIs, system performance, and operational metrics.\nSupport delivery teams throughout project lifecycles by providing technical leadership, architecture review, and design governance.\nReview and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and integration approaches.\nManage technical relationships with software vendors, system integrators, and AMS partners.\nEnsure successful transition of projects into production support through robust service transition and knowledge transfer processes.\nPartner with QA teams to support testing strategy, defect management, business validation, and production readiness.\nManage platform-related risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across global programmes.\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to SAP analysts, developers, and delivery teams.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong technical leadership with the ability to define and govern SAP platform strategy and standards. \nDeep expertise in SAP OTC and Supply Chain processes and technologies.\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integrations, and application lifecycle management.\nAbility to balance business priorities, operational stability, technical risk, and long-term scalability.\nExperience leading architecture discussions, solution reviews, and technical decision-making.\nExperience working with global AMS, implementation partners, and software vendors.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex integrations across enterprise applications and platforms.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.\nExperience supporting large-scale transformation programmes and global deployments.\nStrong planning and organizational skills with focus on architecture, delivery, service quality, and platform resilience.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Essential Traits:\nAdaptable with natural ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous situations.\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong critical thinking skills\nAbility to build from good relationships globally and with a natural collaborative nature.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nAbility to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions. Preferred Experience & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.\n5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain SD delivery, product ownership, solution architecture, or platform management.\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC and one or more SAP Supply Chain modules. \nSAP certification(s) and relevant architecture or agile product management certifications are advantageous.\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
