This role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, and employees, ensuring the successful management of international assignments, permanent transfers, business travel compliance, and immigration processes across the mobility moves.\nAs a key member of the Global Mobility team, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to provide practical, compliant, and employee-focused mobility solutions that support organizational growth and talent deployment strategies. You will manage complex mobility cases, oversee external service providers, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of global mobility policies, processes, and employee experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nMobility Operations\nManage the end-to-end delivery of international assignments, permanent transfers, localization arrangements, and other global mobility programs.\nAct as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and key business stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle.\nProvide expert guidance on mobility policies, relocation support, assignment structures, immigration requirements, and associated compliance considerations.\nConduct mobility consultations and pre-departure briefings to ensure employees are fully informed regarding compensation, benefits, relocation services, immigration requirements, and assignment expectations.\nBuild strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Finance teams.\nImmigration and Compliance\nPartner with immigration providers to ensure timely and compliant processing of work authorization and immigration matters.\nMonitor immigration and mobility compliance requirements across APAC and other assigned regions.\nEscalate and mitigate potential compliance risks while ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.\nSupport business traveler and remote work compliance initiatives as required.\nVendor Coordination\n\nManage day-to-day interactions with mobility vendors.\nMonitor service delivery and employee feedback.\nAssist with issue resolution and service improvements.\nEmployee Experience\nDeliver exceptional employee support throughout the mobility journey.\nProvide tailored guidance for complex and senior-level transfers and assignments.\nSupport leadership and executive mobility cases, ensuring a high-touch service experience when required.\nProcess Improvement and Projects\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.\nParticipate in regional and global mobility projects, including technology enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and policy reviews.\nQualifications and Experience Required\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or expatriate management.\nGood understanding of international assignment management, relocation programs, and immigration processes.\nExperience working with external mobility vendors and service providers.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nHigh degree of cultural awareness and cross-cultural sensitivity.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting APAC mobility programs.\nKnowledge of international tax and employment considerations related to global mobility.\nExperience with HRIS and mobility management systems such as Workday, Eqqus, or similar platforms.\nProject management experience and exposure to mobility transformation initiatives.\nKey Competencies\nStrategic Partnership\nCustomer Focus\nGlobal Mindset\nCollaboration and Influence\nResults Orientation\nAttention to Detail\nRisk and Compliance Management\nContinuous Improvement\nChange Agility\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
