Our laboratories support unattended testing of both partial and complete products-including moving robots-enabling effective remote testing and collaboration.\nAbout the role\nDeploy advanced software and electronics testing solutions to enable efficient verification and validation of requirements.\nDevelop and lead comprehensive test strategies & plans, and oversee their execution across robot behaviours and other AI/ML-enabled intelligent features.\nDesign and execute test cases based on functional and quality requirements, including software security, compatibility, and product performance, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.\nAnalyse test results, perform statistical analysis, interpret data to improve system performance, and present findings in clear test reports.\nBuild and maintain software test environments that support both automated and manual testing.\nDevelop automated test cases using Python.\nParticipate in project meetings and Scrum ceremonies to support the delivery of high-quality software.\nIdentify test-related technical issues and design effective solutions to resolve them.\nManage and align testing activities with JDM partners to ensure project deliverables are met.\nAbout you \nA degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of AI/ML and relevant testing experience, including solving complex challenges involving multi-layered datasets and enhancing existing automation libraries and frameworks.\nStrong programming skills, particularly in Python.\nExcellent attention to detail, strong communication and technical leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nSound knowledge of Agile software engineering, software testing, and the secure software development lifecycle.\nExperience testing software for IoT products, including embedded software, mobile applications, cloud services, and data analytics.\nFamiliarity with software quality assurance principles and relevant techniques and tools.\nStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge or experience with robot vacuum cleaner would be advantageous.\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
