And importantly, we support change to maintain our rapid growth.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Logistics Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting logistics operations to ensure the efficient transportation, storage, and movement of goods while meeting customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role focuses on managing day-to-day logistics activities, SAP transactions, purchase order execution, shipment coordination, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement. The position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration with contract manufacturing partners and Global logistics supply chain and maintaining high service performance standards\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day logistics operations, SAP transactions, and shipment execution to ensure on-time product delivery.\nCoordinate purchase orders, ASN/SN management, and shipment performance with contract manufacturing partners.\nMonitor logistics KPIs, maintain reporting accuracy, and ensure SAP data integrity.\nInvestigate operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\nSupport logistics compliance, insurance claims, and process improvement initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement and best-practice adoption across logistics operations.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, transportation, and warehouse operations.\nHands-on experience with SAP and logistics transaction management.\nAdvanced Excel and reporting skills with strong analytical capabilities.\nProblem-solving mindset with experience in process improvement and root cause analysis.\nEffective stakeholder management and communication skills in English.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive approach to driving improvements, supporting the team, and sharing knowledge.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.\nMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.\n5 to 8 years of experience in logistics operations, shipping, supply chain, or related industries.\nExperience in manufacturing, warehouse management, transportation, distribution, and export management.\nPractical experience in purchase order management and shipment tracking.\nStrong working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.\nExperience handling logistics reporting, compliance, and process improvement activities is preferred.\nAbility to work from the office as this is a mandatory Work From Office (WFO) role\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
