The ambition is to unlock approximately 30% additional PM capacity through automation, process optimisation and operational excellence.\nThis role is designed to complement our existing Delivery Operations teams, extending our operational capability beyond Creative Delivery Excellence to strengthen project management systems, governance and process optimisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nPMO Technology & AI Enablement\nOwn and optimise the project management technology ecosystem. \nDrive adoption and continuous improvement of tools including Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot and automation platforms. \nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reporting, updates, meeting administration and project governance activities. \nDesign and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. \nEnsure project management tooling supports visibility, accountability and scalability across the organisation. \nPartner with Systems & Tools teams to maximise existing Dyson technology investments before introducing additional solutions. \nOperational Excellence\nContinuously improve project management processes, templates and ways of working. \nSimplify and standardise workflows across programme management, project management, creative delivery and production functions. \nReduce operational friction between teams and improve speed to delivery. \nLead initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, planning effectiveness and delivery predictability. \nGovernance & Decision Support\nEstablish robust project governance frameworks across planning and delivery activities. \nEnsure project milestones, phase reviews, approvals and reporting processes are consistently applied. \nCreate clear escalation paths for risks, dependencies and blockers. \nSupport leadership teams with decision-ready insights and recommendations. \nDrive accountability through timely reporting and governance reviews. \nData, Reporting & Business Intelligence\nCreate a single source of truth across project activity, resource allocation, demand, capacity and delivery performance. \nIntegrate data across project management, resource management and delivery systems. \nDevelop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior leadership. \nTrack KPIs including: \nCapacity utilisation \nResource demand vs supply \nDelivery performance \nForecast accuracy \nGovernance planning & compliance \nWorkflow efficiency \nAutomation adoption \nAI adoption \nAbout You\nSolid experience in programme and project management, with a strong track record of improving planning and PMO operations. \nExperience working across marketing operations, resource management, creative delivery and production teams;
